Lyn Kiehl, Of Counsel
An experienced attorney focused on the needs of clients
Lyn serves as Of Counsel at Fried Goldberg LLC. Her practice focuses on complex damages and case management in catastrophic injury cases, with a particular emphasis on traumatic brain injury (TBI) and spinal cord injury (SCI). She helps clients navigate the often-overwhelming medical landscape by identifying the right specialists to consult – at the right time – based on the nature and progression of their injuries. With a deep understanding of brain injury medicine, she helps clients find appropriate providers and ensures their care aligns with their specific needs.
After graduating from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2011, Lyn founded a consulting firm that provided neuroscience and neuroimaging expertise to attorneys handling complex litigation in both civil and criminal courts, at the state and federal levels. In that role, she worked closely with legal teams to shape case strategy, identify the right experts, and interpret complex mental health and neurological histories. Her work focused on clients with developmental disabilities, dual diagnoses, and acquired brain injuries.
With more than a decade of experience supporting litigation involving brain-based and behavioral impairments, Lyn brings a nuanced understanding of how these conditions affect clients’ lives – and how to ensure those realities are fully represented in the legal process.
Lyn brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to every case, helping individuals and families feel heard, supported, and understood.
