Commercial Motor Vehicle Law Symposium
Handling Every Type of Commercial Vehicle Case
March 5, 2026

For this year's Symposium, we are going to discuss how to handle each type of commercial vehicle case and the various issues presented by them. It is important to understand the right approach for your type of case. For example, the focus and preparation for a left turn case is different from that for a rear-end collision. In every left-turn case, your client’s comparative negligence will be an issue that has to be addressed, but that same issue is not usually part of a rear-end collision case. We will walk you through exactly how to properly handle each type of case, so you know where to spend your time and focus your efforts.
