Eric J. D. Rogers

Prior to joining Fried Goldberg LLC, Eric Rogers worked at a defense firm representing trucking companies in catastrophic accidents. After several years, he decided to take the knowledge he obtained on the defense side and use it to represent those injured by commercial vehicles.

Eric grew up in Lawrenceville, Georgia.  He received his undergraduate education at the University of Georgia where he received a B.S. in Political Science.  He then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University in Atlanta where he graduated cum laude in 2008. While in law school, Eric worked for the Attorney General’s office and in the Georgia State Legislature. He is licensed to practice in Georgia and is admitted to practice in the federal courts of the Northern, Middle and Southern districts of Georgia. In 2014 and 2015, Eric was named to the Rising Stars list for Georgia Super Lawyers.

Eric is also the President of the Atlanta Renegades Rugby Club.
